DonutSMP money questions
The things buyers ask before their first order.
Is it safe to buy DonutSMP money from Donut Wave?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe and PayPal, so your card details never reach us, and the money is only sent after the payment is verified. Every order gets a status page you can check, and support is available in our Discord if anything goes wrong.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery starts as soon as your payment is verified and normally finishes within a few minutes. The money is paid to your Minecraft account in game, so you need to have logged in to DonutSMP at least once with that username. The store runs 24/7.
How much DonutSMP money can I buy?
Packages run from 100M up to 1B, and a custom option lets you pick any amount in between. Current prices for every package are on the store page, shown in US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars or Australian Dollars.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay are handled by Stripe; PayPal is handled by PayPal.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest and keep the order link you are given. Making an account lets you see all of your past orders in one place and collect rewards.
What if I entered the wrong Minecraft username?
Open your order status page and change the username there, as long as the payment has not gone out in game yet. Once a payment has been sent it cannot be taken back, so open a ticket in our Discord straight away if you spot the mistake late. Bedrock players must put a dot (.) directly in front of their username.
