1. About the store
Donut Wave sells digital ranks, keys, coins and related benefits for a Minecraft server. These items are virtual, have no cash value and are delivered to the Minecraft username supplied during checkout.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Anyone who is not legally able to enter this agreement must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Orders and payment
Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the selected third-party payment provider. An order is accepted only after payment is verified. We may reject, cancel or refund an order affected by fraud, pricing errors, technical faults or misuse.
4. Delivery
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and choosing compatible products. Delivery normally begins after verified payment. Maintenance, provider delays or server outages may delay fulfilment.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the store for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised access, disruption, resale without permission or any activity that violates server rules or applicable law. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
6. Digital items and refunds
Digital items are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Availability and changes
Products, pricing and features may change. We may pause the store for maintenance or security. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
8. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Donut Wave is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party platform outages or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
